Recurring Charge
Unless canceled in accordance with this policy, your subscription will automatically renew. For example, a monthly subscription will renew on the 5th day of the following month after the initial agreement is executed and will remain active for at least one additional month. If the subscription was purchased as a prepaid term, it will automatically renew once all prepaid deliveries or services have been fulfilled. The renewal will match the original subscription term, and payment will be processed on the 5th day of the renewal month.
Pausing Your Subscription
Subscribers may pause their subscription for up to one month. This temporary pause is intended to accommodate routine changes in your schedule or availability. However, multiple consecutive pauses or indefinite suspensions are not permitted. Regular billing will automatically resume on the 5th of the next applicable month.
If you are uncertain how long you may need to pause your subscription, we recommend canceling your account instead. To do so, please contact our support team via email.
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the option to restart.
Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, customers may either use the customer portal or contact our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the end of the current billing cycle—specifically, before the 4th day of the month—to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
