Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Jen Hatmaker Store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below for all the details on how to process a return or exchange.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

Gift cards

Personal care items such as cosmetics or skincare

Sale or clearance items (if noted as “final sale” at checkout)

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email our customer service team at shop@jenhatmaker.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We’ll send you further instructions, including a return shipping label if your item is eligible for return.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within the processing time, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@jenhatmaker.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at shop@jenhatmaker.com. We’ll provide you with a return label for the defective item and ship out your replacement item as soon as possible.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you an e-gift card. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
